We try to Photograph and describe our designs as accurately as possible, however items do look different on every computer screen, so if for any reason you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. As long as the merchandise is in the same condition as we shipped, we will gladly exchange your item or refund your purchase.
CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, because of the nature of these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Shipping
We do our best to ship within 24 hours of payment clearing. If it is going to be longer than 24 hours, we will let know. Most of our items are shipped via Priority Mail which normally take 2 to 6 business days depending on your location. Please note that the delivery date given by USPS is an estimate only, If you need it sooner we can ship next day.
